In 986 AF, The First Accord was a meeting of the peoples of the The Republic at the City on the Lake with the Counsels in attempt to quell recently arisen hostilities between the people of the realm. These hostilities had arisen by the waning power of the Republic.
As a result of this accord, the intent was to spread the well meaning throughout The Republic again, but the actual result was more of a weak resolution between the Factions.
